Proctor's visit day 5,6 &7

Chad had to go back to work on Tuesday, but it didn't stop the rest of us from relaxing and enjoying our vacation.  We always made a big breakfast, had leftovers for lunch. We spent our afternoons chatting, reading, napping or playing video games.  Tuesday afternoon ray took his bunch to the library and to the park for a little bit to give the kids a break from each other.  We met up dinner and made southwestern egg rolls for dinner.

Wednesday morning Maddie woke up early and felt sick. She threw up a couple times but started to feel a little better in the afternoon. She didn't eat much but was able to play games and hang out.  Luckily none of the other kids got sick. Wednesday we played board games and enjoyed some rain and more relaxation. We spent our last night together with lots of laughs!

we ended the night with klondike bars and chatting on the patio.  tomorrow is leaving day :(

In the morning the Proctor family had to start packing up their stuff for their long drive home. we had to get a few pictures of the kids together before they left.  The great news is we already have plans to see them again! We are going on a cruise in May!  We are so excited for that!

Proctor's visit day 4

On Monday we decided to show the Proctor family one of the best zoo's in the country :)  So we left fairly early in the morning to head to Omaha to the zoo.  We got to the zoo and applied sunscreen and left our lunches in the cooler in the car.  We then made our way into the zoo and scoped out a plan for the day.
