Carter often asks to *watch* a movie but we haven't ever done it. His attention span is usually about an hour with TV so we have never really tried it. But we thought it might be fun to have the triplets over and have a movie night. They love movies and sit well through them, so we thought maybe Carter would want to be like them and watch it too. So we had a really fun night. First of all I told Carter the night before what was going to happen and that was all he talked about the next day. The triplets couldn't have been here soon enough. We grill hot dogs and had a yummy dinner then we rushed to put on jammies and start the movie cars by 6:30 since it is 2 hours. They all got snuggled in on the couch and enjoyed the movie, even Carter. Then about 7:30 I brought down some popcorn and gummy worms which was a hit. Carter made it all the way to 8:00 until he had had enough of sitting and watching the movie. So he got up and started playing and so did the rest of the kids. The night was a huge hit for Carter. He has been talking about it all day today and wants to *watch* the movie Cars again.
