Callan had his Thanksgiving feast today. I spend the whole preschool day with him, helping with games, crafts and snack. The day was nice and relaxed morning spent with my youngest. Callan thought the day was pretty neat and was very happy when he won the hot pumpkin game. They got to make pilgrim hats, noodle necklaces and color turkeys. They also got to have scooter races, pumpkin bowling, stuffing the turkey (throwing wads of paper in to a turkey clad trash can), and sing songs and dance. The highlight was the snack of course. The "feast" was popcorn, apples, cheez-it's, pretzels and marshmallows. They got to sit on the floor and eat on long sheets of white rolled out paper. The kids were all so cute and I am really glad I got the chance to spend it with Callan.
