We found out through Erin that her sister Kara was playing in the orchestra for the Michael W. Smith and Amy Grant Christmas concert in Omaha. Since we both grew up listening to them Chad and I wanted to go. We ended up going up with Erin, Grace, Erin's mom Pam and my mom. We ate at the Cheese Cake Factory before the concert and then headed up that way. The concert was seriously great! It brought back Christmas of my childhood and they sang all the familiar songs we know. Michael W. Smith even sang the song Friends which is known for the most. Of course the audience went crazy when he started playing it. It was a another great night of music. We made sure to get both of their albums to listen to during the holiday season.
